Howdy,
Im an no teckie!
Did many searches! Autofill .... auto fill login . .. etc
If you go to another web page durning the search goes blank and doen't show any finished searches

Have the "remember password" checked

I don't understand the "autocomplete thing" for yahoo to do any tweaking to get KM to auto log username and PW to yahoo mail?

Is there any link for the ingnor-ants be able to step by step (baby steps at that) HOW TO, so we, who do not build software can savvy?

Thanks muchly

Yahoo doesn't permit browsers to autocomplete their logins as I remember. Once upon a time you could but that has changed. I believe there are some 3rd party applications such as Robo-Form, Pass-key etc; that will do that, but cannot confirm as I don't use them anymore either....security is the name of this game.

Thanks

Im using ALpass with billy's silly net, but they don't work with KM and that is a real sorry situation as I have 20 some forums to go to weekly in open wifi so I don't want to put in any user name or passwords in any unsecured hotspot1

Gmail works, and about 30% of the other forum work sometimes!

Thanks for the reply!

Roboform works with K-Meleon ( a cludgy hack of the SeaMonkey extension smiling smiley.
alain is testing it at the moment.

I also test the Firefox extension: Always_Remember_Password

p. s. http://username:userpassword@us.f386.mail.yahoo.com/... does not work for an unknown reason.

Can anyone post if they get the hack done for KM and Seamonkey?

Now auto fill of KM don't work at ebay.com I thought it workd a few months back, maybe it was just a dream?

I really dont believe that yahoo and ebay are stopping auto fill for security reasons, even tho that may be what they say, Its is beyond security to have to hand type every urname and pwd every time we log in, that isn't reverse logic that is just down right STUPID!

Bobo form only handles a minimum of logins I used them 3 yrs ago!

Thanks for the relies!
