how do i add my own menu items into the context-menu? e.g. i would like put this command "Close Layer/Window" on the right-click menu.

Open Edit > Configuration > Menus and enter something like that:
Save your changes and restart km.

Close Laye&r=layers(Close)
&Close Window=ID_FILE_CLOSE
}
!Document{
!myClose|Nav
}
Save your changes and restart km.
