I just downloaded the updated embed.jar you posted, about:config still doesn't work for me (header and blank screen) so it must require a Mozilla dll which K-Meleon doesn't normally use. No biggie for me though since I'm quite comfortable directly editing prefs.js. I'll test to see if the updated embed.jar fixes either of the two problems I mentioned.

Another minor thing, I deleted the content/help/* tree from embed.jar with no ill effects since K-Meleon doesn't use the Mozilla help system.

It works for MonkeeSage as runs K-Meleon on top of the full Mozilla build. It doesn't work in MFCEmbed so there's going to be some issues to resolve to get this to work in future releases.

That's what I figured, it needs something from one of the other Mozilla DLLs, no big loss. The two form input field problems still occur with the updated embed.jar.
