I seem to remember we once had a password recovery utility. Is there any way to decrypt user id and password info from the KM file?

Did You use Masterpass?
If NO: Sore away the old XXXXXXXX.s in Your profile.
Create a new password on some place You remember.
Copy&paste the strings from the older XXXXXXXX.s into the new XXXXXXXX.s and save.
If Yes - no idea if You forgot the masterpassword. Then You need a tool.
