First I want to thank both lynchknot and MonkeeSage for giving the forums some life. They were starting to degrade into just griping. New skins added some positive light.
Second (the real question): I noticed that skins from both of you have the Title bar skinned. How did you accomplish this?

Thank you Xiadix - Sorrry, that's the OS skinning the title bar. I just happend to be using an XP theme at the time I took the screenshot
I'm doing it under windows XP with a program called StyleXP, using the community "style" (i.e., skin). There is also http://shellwm.sf.net/ (GPL'd) & http://windowblinds.net/ (not...--unless the GP knows how to make their own L.. ).
And to add even more configurability, you could also try out :

Home of SharpE windows manager, which replaces the explorer shell (without having to do any nasty registry hacking--everything is frontend configurable, though can also hack the registry if you really want to
