Thanks for your efforts. Nice work, but navigation on this new beta seems to be slower than on the previous one, which was indeed VERY fast. Or is it just a wrong impression of mine? Also, it doesn't get along well with Sandboxie (http://www.sandboxie.com).

How do you edit an accelerator with CCF ME? I would like to save the current text as a draft with Ctrl-S in Gmail instead of getting the Save As menu.

How do I achieve the following?

To quit an accelerator, CTRL S in this case, go to menu Edit -> Config -> Accelerators. This open your accel.cfg file in a notepad window.
Add this line at the end of file and save changes for erase a default accelerator as CTRL S;

Sidebar was implemented in K-MeleonCCF ME 0.07x versions and will eventually come back in the future.

The source of K-Meleon is in the CVS for it's the latest 1.5a_build22. The lua sources are all in \lua\ folder

Try to do a clean install (extract all file in a new folder) and try it again... maybe it would work.

A small cosmetic tip I picked up on this forum, I foget who posted it.

If you want to add lines around the edges of the different toolbars, add the following to pref.js

Thanks for the new beta3. It is like Christmas getting a new version--I spend a pleasant hour setting it up just like I like it and admiring the speed. So please know that your work is highly appreciated.

On my machine it still doesn't handle some requested popups that resize the window. This can be seen by going to BBC Worldservice and clicking Listen. One can then choose Windows Media Player or Real Player and then every time the whole (program) window shrinks to the size of the player. If I choose another tab, the small size remains. On other vesions of KM this can be avoided by choosing Windows and Tabs--so that the popup is created in a new window instead of a tab--but I can't see how to do so on CCF (which I like because I think it is the fastest). Sometimes this even causes a crash when I reaize the window manually and quit. Thanks.

You can set this in Preference button, Behavior; Links, and select the option you like.

Tip: You can modify this configs doing click in two right down buttons, side the lock, (left button to open links and right button to drag links) and his state/value changed is showed in status bar.

I noticed that the wheel on my mouse doesn't follow the scrolling settings with K-MeleonCCF ME. It is much slower. Changing the mouse properties has no effects. Is there something I can do? It works properly in Maxthon but not in CCF ME.

A few bugs for me?

I'm finding this version often reloads tabs that have been closed at the end of the previous session or drops a tab?

For example if i have 6 tabs open and I close 3 of them before closing the browser, the browser will automatically notify me at shutdown that 3 tabs are open and then reopen all 6 tabs next session.

Also in 008 versions it sometimes opens ads on a webpage as a file download, I'll open a site and the download box will pop up prompting me to download or open an adcycle cgi file for example

I'll try and post an example next time it occurs

Hotkey tab in Preference panel is for url hotkeys only, for example you can define to Ctrl+1 go to the url: www.youtube.com

For accelerator you must change accel.cfg file;

May I ask another question? Is there any way to have the underlined keys (shortcuts) in the context menu? I see them when I open the menu with the Alt key (Alt-V, ...) but I would like to see them with a right-click as well.

Sorry i don't know why this happen. This can be a little bug or prefs bad set.
In other KM versions underline access keys are showed in context menus also.
In CCF versions this underline access keys aren't showed in context menus.
As exception, in CCF versions this underline keys access are showed when you access to context menu by windows context menu key (left side key to rigth CTRL key in keyboard, between rigth window key and rigth Ctrl key).
Once time you had pressed this context menu key when you acces to context menu with rigth click mouse underline access keys are showed.

That'll do. Thanks. You also get a different menu if you click on a link (keep it pressed) and use the rigth CTRL key. Same thing if you hightlight some text, keep pressing and use the rigth CTRL key. Works for me!!

Open this file with notepad and change this lines:
