This is a version based on 1.0 , which has the older macro structure,
so Alains .kmm extensions would not work.
But you can easily add a macro for a downloader, as I have described it
in an older posting, here:
http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?1,42739,70050#msg-70050
This example is made for the very light downloader WackGet,
which you could download here :
http://www.download.com/WackGet/3000-2071_4-10072327.html
You could for example create a folder Wackget in C: with the program in it.
(all that for Windows only, in Linux, wine would have to be involved.)
Open the browser
Go to the menu Tools-AdvancedPreferences-Menus
menus.cfg springs up in notepad.
Search for
Links{
look for the line :
macros(SaveLink, Save Link As...)
after that line, put in the line
macros(wackget, Download by wackget)
Go in notepad to File/Save and save the file.
______
Go to the menu Tools-AdvancedPreferences-Macros
in macros.cfg
put at the end of the file :
wackget{
menu = "Download by wackget";
exec("C:\\WackGet\\WackGet1.2.2\\WackGet\\WackGet.exe " . $LinkURL);
}
if the extracted folder WackGet1.2.2 is inside a folder "WackGet" on C:
or change the path to the location, where you keep wackget.
Note: the path to WackGet must be written with double back slashes : \\
Do not forget the semicolons at the end of the lines.
Go in notepad to File/Save and save the file.
Close and restart the browser.
There should now appear an entry to download with WackGet in
the right click menu for links.
______
I do not have the downloader oget, but it should be possible
to enable it in a similar way, using the correct path to it
(double back slashes \\ !).
I hope that you succeed and can make it work.
