Exceptions/permission for popups?

Is there a way to give individual websites permission to display popups?

The webmail program used by my ISP uses a popup to create a new window for composing a new email. It's a little bit inconvenient to have to manually turn off popup blocking when I want to send an email, and then go back and turn blocking back on when I want to surf the net.

I'll looked around but I can't find a way to specify exceptions to the popup blocking feature.

Thanks in advance!

You can define this exceptions in Edit -> Preferences -> Privacy -> Popup Control -> Authorized websites...
