Complete Profiles (=identity?) - if You have all setup at default location You can probably copy the unaltered Profile to the new PC.

Else You have to move the files containing data such as cookies.txt, bookmarks.html or edit/copy their contents *.s for passwords to the new files in the new Profile.

Alternative is to use jujuland's portable. That lets You move Profile data to any place.
