I use a proxy server to use the internet but i can`t setup my proxy manual as i cot in 1.16 how do i setup proxy manual in 1.50 and save it?

Go to Preferences (F2) -> Network/Performance (section) -> Proxy (subsection) -> New Configuration (tab). Set your proxy and save it. In General tab you can select the proxy that you like use in "Use the following user-defined proxy configuration".
