Hello Again.

I've just found great SKIN for K-MELEON. It has great graphics.
Maybe it's similiar to Firefox - but it's different !!

You can compare:

SHINY and BRIGHT SKIN for K-MELEON
Shiny & Bright SKIN for K-MELEON

Firefox skin (only to compare)
Firefox to compare only

I think that BRIGHT & SHINY has a great Chance to become DEFAULT K-MELEON SKIN !!!

Any comments ? I see many visits, but not even 1 comment about new skin

it's very nice but looks too similar to firefox, also it lacks small icons.. hence cannot be default skin. phoenity is unique to kmeleon and has both small and big icons to suit different users.. nonetheless, it is a good skin, if you know the author; contact them to submit it to kmeleon's skins. thanks for the link paq.

Yes, it's a good skin, but icons are similar to Firefox 2 and Lim Chee Aun's Phoenity Aura icons (Phoenity evolution icons).

For me the main point of a browser is to access and deliver web content? I find that most skin colours tend to divert my eye from the web page.

As much of my browsing involves reading/typing black print on a white or neutral background I don't want my eye distracted by shine or colour.

Therefore I disable the skin background and use the old windows classic grey system colours which I find to be the least intrusive restful and neutral.

Then people say it looks boring and old fashioned - Good!

When I watch a dvd on tv or read a book, I don't require each scene/page to be framed by it's cover!
