I'm trying to contact google.

In a first time, to ask them to clear 'Internet Spirit Web Browser' and 'GhostFow Web Browser' from the search page cache.

And in a second time, after having found the last websites promotting these robwares, ask them to completely and definitively clear and block them.

But it's really hard to understand how to proceed.
