As Matt can tell us a translation takes long and is hard work ( I thank him - & I will advertize his browser translation with my few Polish friends here
)
So the improvements of 1.5 may not warrant the redo from 1.1.6 in they eyes of a translator. The last I read in this Forum - 2 Chinese versions might be in progress. No info about other languages/translations going on.

Indians interested in IT usually speak English. I doubt they will go through the hard work needed for a translation. Many languages are spoken on the subcontenent.
I asked when I saw several IP from the same region.
