Push mail icon and seamonkey compose opens. I tried to edit string now no response wrong edit.Is it supposed 2 open in compose or mail server. Tryed 2 reinstall K-mel still same. What is the string that will open to my mail server only? thank you

restore default thread, right-click on mail button>menu pop>new message

sorry.. i think i misunderstood, you don't want it to open a new message? what is your mail server?

My default server is seamonkey.I like it because it is built into browser.

oh yeah, seamonkey is a whole suite.. you mean the default string opened seamonkey's composer- the design editor?

try this:
in kmeleon click on tools>mail and news>configure mail

in the buffer, first type the location for seamonkey, then add this paramaeter: -compose %1

example:
c:\program files\mozilla\seamonkey.exe -compose %1

Thanks disrupted, the link showed proper syntax..."C:\Program Files\mozilla.org\SeaMonkey\seamonkey.exe" -mail. This opens the mail server directly Thanx again.
