Closing tabs

I have migrated from Firefox and miss the ability to click on an "x" button, on the tab, to close it ... a small thing but it speeds up browser usage.

As an aside, I really enjoy this browser v1.51. It was about this iteration that I begaan using Firefox; however, Firefox took on a life of its own by version 3.X and left me on my own - Googel Chrome was too light, but this seems just right. I look forward to many happy years with K-Meleon.

IMO the most efficient way to speed up browser usage is to assign a mouse gesture for that task.

in terms of clicking I find a single right click to close tab the easiest.

That way I don't have to be accurate and hit the X close button on the tab - anywhere on the tab will do. Plus I don't like to see x's on tabs.

Can then set middlebutton to show tab menu instead of right click

Keyboard shortcut is also easy way, Instead of Ctrl+W I use something easier like Ctrl+\

I'm disagrre with you, the best way to close is use middle click in tab to close it.

The best way is what each individual personally prefers smiling smiley

It's good to share our own ways of doing it then we can either try other ways or stick with what we already do.
