I doubt it, but ask Hao?

Maybe in future for next official k-m release? ccfme often test runs feature,gecko 1.9.1 etc first.

Personally I use ccfme and I have been waiting 4 years for this very useful new function to be incorporated, I had it in maxthon/myie2 years ago .

You can try to copy the gestures.dll file into 1.5.2 K-Meleon. Need to set

pref("kmeleon.plugins.gestures.tdrag",1);
