hello, I have just finished some Chinese version of KM . It's based on Fred's KM1.5.2-L-minimal. I 've just translate and make some local fileï¼Œandï¼Œmodified the skin. maybe it'll work for U

Yes it works very well. I cannot read Chinese but except for names like K-Meleon everything was ??? and had the same layout as my German K-Meleon. You did a great job and much hard work.

Looks like desgas2 even wants You to contribute an official translation.
