Did you download it to the KM folder then using the 7z tool click on Extract Here?

Installed 7z tool.

Extracted cache size to 3 folders, macros, tools, xsrc.

In Edit> Config.......can't find cache size?

you need to extract the 7z package inside k-meleon's own folder so that the files go into their corresponding folders inside the k-meleon folder

for example..the files with kmm extension like cachesize.kmm should be extracted inside k-meleon\macros folder
the files from the tools folder should be extracted inside k-meleon\tools folder
you might not have a tools folder if this is your first install of k-meleon..in this case create a tools folder inside k-meleon and extrract the files from the 7z package\tools to k-meleon\tools.
normally if you extract the 7z package into k-meleon..it will extract to the right folders and create the necessary folders.
