I haven't used K-meleonCCF ME in a while, and I can't seem to get the newer versions to work. I put the msvcr71.dll file in the same directory, and when I launch the exe it won't even start and gives me some obscure error message like "Kmeleon.exe stopped functionning".

I'm using Windows seven RC1 32bit, and tried different compatibility modes (XP,98) as well as running as an administrator, and it didn't change anything.

Any idea what might be causing that ?

You need the two libraries msvcp71.dll and msvcr71.dll to run K-Meleon.
Are you tried with -norestrict command line parameter?

Are you allow K-Meleon execution in your Firewall/Antivir software?

I tried all that without any success, but thanx anyway =)
btw, K-meleon 1.5.3 works perfectly, so the problem is specific to K-meleonCCF ME.

You probably also need mfc71.dll file
