Wanna ask something ... how to show up an "x" so i can close the tab ... it's kinda anoying for me to press ctrl f4 if i want to close the tab, thanks

Double-click by default does the same.

This may still work to get red cross.

Stopped using it and tab bar buttons

Double click into tab field closes tab.
Double click on an empty space in tab bar makes new tab.
Right click on any space of tab bar or tab triggers menu with tab options.

p.s. Context sensitive menus = @ right click.

Also you can Open/Close tabs with middle click.

Your mouse is a prehistoric wood mouse sure
Some old two buttons mouse have software to simulate the third button pressing left and right click at same time.

Guys I did this and I dont see no red cross. Do I need to enlarge the tabs?

No, It can be black cross - the color is afaik either system or skin specific (which?).
If You do it right it comes without browser restart.
It is clearly visible.

Hello Everyone,

Guys I made a mistake, now I have two of them,and I cant delete the other one.I must of done it on my laptop,and not my computer.I am making the switch on both computers to K-meleon, I forgot which one I tried it on, and now my laptop has two of them.I can notice a different from one to the other. One is: browser.tabs.closebuttons and the other is browser.tabs.closebutton

What do you guys think I should do?
I have tried sellecting one and hit delete, but that doesnt work

browser.tabs.closebuttons is right! No panic.

A wrong spelled pref is just ignored by k-meleon.
What is not known to k-meleon or GRE = does not exist.

BTW. If users could delete prefs it could be dangerous to the browser - it would be tedious to edit so that all are good - instead wrong ones are ignored. There are 12nds of unknown prefs from all.js e.g. mail prefs

It is not needed to delete the wrong spelled pref. It does nothing - no harm.
You can find & edit it the prefs.js of used profile. I would not bother to edit it.

p.s. I always work with copy&paste I am really bad with typos - consider it 2 for js

Skin: Errors in skin are hard to find.
Start with fresh skin. If you edit skins toolbars.cfg work with backup.
