There is a little ridge between the toolbars - when the mouse is over it it indicates that there is something You can grab.

Did You possibly left-click (grab) it & use it to drag a bar to another position?

Else the bars change position when not maximized - or just a glitch.

If anything can go wrong You will eventually get it reported here.

p.s. If You think You stumbled on a visual bug you can use the print button to make a screenshot & insert it in e.g. irfan viewer or another graphics program.

Maybe it was a glitch. Because I know about the ridge your talking about, and it wasnt that. It just started happening. So I think it was a glitch, which went away now. So problem fixed now...I am happy again

ok.

For a bug You need a step by step procedure to reproduce it on other PCs.
For rarely appearing visual bugs maybe a screen shot would be good additionally.
What counts is the procedure to reproduce the bug.

p.s. Sorry for suggesting possible reasons.
