Can/Would you please go to google, type in Realtree camouflage image, and pick out a dark colored one, and make me a skin for it??
I hate to ask, but I can't make one....
I like the dark green color...

This is easy, you only download some image, convert it to bmp file and save it in your skin folder with the file name back.bmp.

Note that is better if it this is a little tileable image.
For resize or convert the image you can use IrfanView.

Thanks...but it's not/won't work for me.
Don't know what I'm doing wrong. It's showing as back.bmp in KM > Skins Folder, but nothing is happening.

Hi Dana, did you also restart your loader...?
(By the way, are you sure you really need that thing, is a "normal" KM start so slow on your machine...? )
And the pic must be in the folder of your actual skin, not that you put it in "skins" only...

OH Ok, that explains alot...didn't know it had to be in the actual skin folder I am currently using...Thank You, and when I add the pic, I do exit out KM, and reload.

Ok, I am using skin Fedora....I found an image, converted it to bmp, and saved it to Program Files > KM > Skins > Fedora Folder.
I named it back.bmp
There was already a back.bmp in there, so I deleted it, and replaced it with my pic. I closed KM, reopened, and nothing different.

You forgot to also close that loader thing, right...?
(I still doubt you need that, but oh well)

F2 or Edit -Preferences - GUI Appearance

Check Display Toolbar Background under the General tab
