Service release

I just released http://download.sourceforge.net/kmeleon/kmeleon021-010126.exe.
This is just to show that Kmeleon is still alive, the release is based on exactly the same Kmeleon code as 0.21 but updated to use a current mozilla nightly.
So if you have been hand tuning your Kmeleon, there is no need to download this.

Some Mozilla bugs have been fixed, mouse scrolling seems to work mostly and I couldn't see that strange effect that two pages appear on top of each other for a long time.
Otherwise don't complain that no other bugs have been fixed, development is just restarting. Feel free to help out (C++ & MFC).

I put it on the index and download pages so new users will get this build.

Thanks!

Good: ghost page bug appears to have gone
Bad: K-Meleon now takes longer to startup - just over 20 seconds here :-(

Sebastian, thanks a million for the update. I've been waiting for someone to sucessfully compile K-meleon with a newer mozilla build and post it.But what is this damn ghost problem yall are talkin' about?
