More KM-Google finickiness: This link changes to KM-Google 10 results per page when the timeframe of the results is changed, after the first page of results (searching by Past hour, Past 24 hours, Past week, past month, past year...)

With JavaScript disabled you still get the 100 results per page.

Works with JS enabled or disabled.

Works fine and results are fetched faster than with the search string I've posted.
Redirection from ".com" to the TLD corresponding to the IP number the request was made from, can be avoided by replacing "www.google.com" with "encrypted.google.com".
However the redirection is only an issue for people living outside the USA and oly if they want to get the results from Google.com instead of their local Google.
