All of the source code is host on sourceforge, you can browse the current tree here: http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/kmeleon/k-meleon/ or follow the instructions here http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=14285 to grab the source via cvs. "K-Meleon" is the directory you want, and the .5 branch is tagged "kmeleon05"

Thanks for the info.

Users not familiar with CVS will it probably have hard to get the full code. But maybe it is prefered not to give it to people without having a deeper knowledge. Or are there other reasons why the code is not downloadable in a single, easy to locate package like Perl and a lot of other Open Source projects offer?

For convenience, I've created a zip with the .5 source, http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/kmeleon/kmeleonsrc05.zip

I want it to be as easy as possible for anyone to contribute smiling smiley

Thanks a lot!

Does anybody know where to get instructions on how to compile this source code including all involved files like the Mozilla code? I think a little tutorial would be very helpful.

Rob,

See this:

http://sourceforge.net/docman/display_doc.php?docid=3120&group_id=14285

There's more Docs here:

http://sourceforge.net/docman/?group_id=14285

I need to check with the developers to see if they are current and then they'll be moved over to our documentation section.
