Edit the bitmaps in your profile directory. They have to be 16x16 though, and it doesn't seem to like a lot of colors.

Make sure you the bitmaps that are in your profile directory, not you kmeleon install directory.

Now i can change the images, but a gray square apears around the icons.... and when the icons are disabled, it looks really bad.

Be sure the background color is *exactly* 192 192 192. that color is interpreted as transparent. anything else won't work.
