Windows 2000 renders the default "AuraAlpha" theme with glitches because Windows 2000 didn't fully support alpha transparencies. (Note that "Klassic" already has no alpha transparencies and will work fine on Win2k.) I made this theme to retain the default appearance without any alpha transparencies. It uses Lim Chee Aun's Phoenity Aura icons and is available under the same licenses:

ReactOS has similar issues with alpha transparencies and it's own set of bugs. The link below is a version of the theme modified to avoid bugs on ReactOS. It has a 75-style privacy bar with simple icons, a dummy throbber that prevents ReactOS from trying to render an AVI file in the toolbar, and a configuration written for ReactOS.
