A program like KDE Windows Resizer which imitates the Linux
behaviour of KDE and various other window managers to move
or resize open windows can be extremely helpful.
Instead of moving windows by moving the title bar, pressing
ALT the window can be moved left clicking anywhere in the
opened window, and resizing does not need to be done by searching
for the edges or corners and pulling there, but by pressing ALT
and and resize by right clicking anywhere inside the opened
window, moving the mouse.
Many thanks to panzer and all the others listing good applications.
Some of them work also in Linux with wine and are a welcome
supplement in addition to the existing native Linux apps,
because although there are countless Linux apps available,
the number of existing Windows apps is probably still higher,
caused by the still much higher number of Windows users.
One of these programs, which have no match among native Linux
programs is of course K-Meleon.
