Batchrun Batchrun is a graphical script creation tool that eliminates the need for knowledge of arcane scripting languages to execute batches of commands. With Batchrun .brs batch files you can launch any number of programs or dialup connections with just a simple click. Untiny The main reason of Untiny is that some of the tiny services are blocked in some countries although the original long URL is not blocked. Untiny retrieves the original URL so you can access it - if it is not blocked too. Untiny is NOT a proxy breaker!
Don't know if somebody has already talk about this product, but it seems interesting:
FlowPlayer will perhaps be a replacement of FlashPlayer ? A player with a browser plugin, and scripting possibilities and open source.

This looked mighty interesting as a possible open source portable tiny disk imager, but it is still a beta 0.2 version with outstanding issues...
You might want to look at GImageX (also in beta, but looking more mature).

Tiny yes, but not portable as it depends on the .net framework... Eeew!
An absolute must that I use all the time check apps and make them portable...
Smaller alternatives (& mostly portable, but not multiplatform, as this is): :cool:

Runs on Windows and Linux (it's Python based) and is portable, although not small (at around 30M
. An absolute must for free form note takers, uses wiki syntax, has HTML preview, clipboard catcher, and tree-like note hierarchy. Open Source, with ongoing development, and a rather active community supporting it. Requires some learning but is an absolutely outstanding application. :O
If wikidPad doesn't appeal to you, be sure to try Treesheets, which is based on an altogether different paradigm (the spreadsheet) but really easy to grasp with the included tutorial; it's still in early development, but highly usable and it's portable, too. :O
O, and before I forget, let me tell ya that I totally agree with the change in this thread title; this is the real Internet Spirit, not that browser of ill repute...

TestDisk & PhotoRec PhotoRec is a File Recovery program designed to recover lost files; including video, documents and archives from Hard Disks, CDRom and lost pictures from digital camera memory (thus, its Photo Recovery name). PhotoRec ignores the filesystem and goes after the underlying data, so it can still find files even if your media's filesystem has been severely damaged or re-formatted (overwritten data, of course, can not be recovered).
CrystalDiskMark CrystalDiskMark is a small utility that tests the performance of your hard drives.
