Gecko version is 1.9.1.3 (same as Firefox 3.5.3) that fixes some more vulnerability such as Chrome privilege escalation with FeedWriter. Webkit version is 532.0 and that achieves 20% faster JavaScript speed compared to its previous version included in 5.1.4.

Does Speedyfox work with KM 1.5.2 and does it conflict with Speedup or custon speedup settings in User settings, Browser config, etc?

I have tried many times to tell CNET to remove this shit from their site. But they never answer.

When trying too with the site where is locate this shit, they answered that I must make an action in justice against 'Mike The Hardy Robber' before they remove it.

So, from Europa, it's a quite impossible procedure which probably needs a lot of money.

What I say now: that these entreprises are as bad as Mike the Robber. They have no morality and prefer to take money than justice.

I just boycott these shit enterprises.

It seems not to be the same robber, but it ask for money too.
There is no licence reference, so for now I can't tell if they are in illegality, but I suppose.

When I'll have a moment, I'll download it to see.

The pseudo company which edit this is OBrien (don't remember the rest)
the website URL is www.webspiritbrowser.com, and if the plugins (which are in fact extensions) seem to be original (just javascript calls), skins seem to be copied, without license (phoenity,...)

it's probably an ie shell

oddly using the phoenity skin.. and it does stink of mike hardy. there's no way it's kmeleon based..the tabs, the statusbar etc seem more of firefox but the download size is 3mb? he can't have packed gecko in a 3mb no matter what compression he used.
i downloaded to make sure but it didn't extract and there's no way i'll install this rubbish so i downloaded some of his 'plugins' and many of them use js function calls that are specific to trident.

Just to confirm that webspirit is an IE like, the page contextual menu is the same as IE.

So no problem with K-Meleon, just a problem with Phoenity due to to the non mentionned licence, and perhaps a license violation, and also with the presentation on websites which present this browser as a gecko browser, with the same K-Meleon text presentation, and Mike the robber's one.

For this point, it is more a swindle than a license violation.

What's new:
This is a small but important update. We have updated Gecko engine to version 1.9.1.4 (same as Firefox 3.5.4). This includes 11 security fixes including 6 serious ones (according to Mozilla).
