You should add an off-topic forum, so that way people can talk about things that actually matter, like girls, and real life.

In my opinion, this is a Kmeleon related forum. If you want off-topic forum, go somewhere else.

I like it here since here are we are not talking about politics and are not shouting one over another like on other forums I am member of where you can get kicked out of forum just because you do not like football club the moderator likes.

Well, moderators will ultimately decide ...

I totally agree panzer, this is one of the few forums where people don't get shouted at or excluded from for futile reasons - in fact it's one of the friendliest forums I know, let's keep it that way.
It is also one of the most helpful (another one being donationcoder).

IMO things posted with each post should be of relevance for the project or (plus ?) posted by PPL that substantially contributed to the community/project.

Software recensions, jokes... are already part of General. I personally do not need an extra forum for topics forum users managed to accommodate in an orderly fashion?

I have not to judge his site and his signature, but it's obviously just a post to refer to his site, and not to talk about K-Meleon.

Absolutely. The point is, that he's not the least bit interested in this forum here, or k-meleon!! And certainly not the people. All that he does here is advertise his own forum, trying to get more people to visit it!
It would be different if a long-time member who made friends here would like a little off-topic chat, but if a complete stranger comes in forum where he doesn't know anyone, and where he doesn't have any interest in the forums focus, and the sole reason for his postings is to advertise his own forum, then this is usually called SPAMMING. And one can bet that he does the same in dozends or hundreds of other forums!

True again, I checked this person's profile : it says he has posted 15 times whereas if you do a search on his username there is only the one post above - strange, another php mystery...

No mystery, php counted the posts, You found only this 1

Ezri > Anonymous when the user name was deleted for adding an unwelcome signature again.
Any new, future user linking to Ezri's place will also be deleted.

p.s. It was IMHO warning enough when a moderator (I) deleted the signature.
