A very misc question

Hi! I'm in need of some help here! I've just watched the Frasier episode: A Mid-Winter Night's Dream and in that episode there is a glockenspiel (a table clock that plays music) and i wonder if someone know who the composer to that music is? And what the name of that music is? Can someone please help me with this?

This is the piano piece by

Chopin : Polonaise in A flat op.53 "Heroic"

(A flat is As-dur in german)
