Classic Shell 3.6.6

Anyone out there familiar with Classic Shell 3.6.6? I have it installed on Windows 8 w/IE10. There doesn't seem to be a way to access the Safe Mode. Anyone know of a workaround other than uninstalling Classic Shell 3.6.6?

I tried to use the Classic Shell: Forum but i can't manage to get registered and the Classic Shell: Forum Search doesn't seem to turn up anything.
