Antivirus for Linux?

I recently installed Debian Wheezy on a USB flash drive. It is for personal use only, no business use. Do I need an antivirus program for Linux? Http://www.av-comparatives.org has a Linux Security Reviews section but most seem to be for business. Any opinions as to if I need one? If yes, which one? The cheaper, the better and no command line only please.

Linux isn't Windows ...

If you install updates, there is no risk.

The only need could be a product to scan download files to avoid transmitting some virus to Windows users.

In this case, have a look to clamscan and clamtk.
