Recommendations for a second browser

... on Windows 7 for all those sites that require js but k-m Goanna can't handle properly.

Wanted for my notebook which is only Atom N450 1.66ghz cpu and 2mb ram .

All the Chrome/Chromium variants, Opera and Firefox hog too much memory
and cpu.

Palemoon isn't too bad (it's also a bit insipid), but as far as I can see lacks *left click* drag & drop (drag & go) since later versions screwed some of their addons and relevant legacy Firefox extensions

Currently on my older laptop with Vista I'm using KM/KMG, New Moon, Bnavigator, Serpent, MyPal and Centaury browsers. Rarely:Comodo IceDragon, FlashPeak Slimjet, SRWare Iron 50 (propably latest for Vista).
I need to also check iceape.

@Mello
It's called palemoon-28.10.3a1.

Thanks for the link and other recommendations - which I'll look into.

New Moon sure makes things a lot easier than Palemoon (more upbeat name too).

Haven't had a chance to explore many web sites for compatibility yet.

To my surprise, on this notebook Opera GX is knocking spots off other browsers on resource heavy sites.

I'm using its cpu and ram limiter settings (located under GX Control on the sidebar).

The GUI is rather garish, but can be toned down a little with judicious selection of colours.
