Like everyone here says it all depends on what your computer likes.

You guys might also be interested in giving a try to a free PDF converter (I myself have not tested it yet): http://softmio.com/pdf-converter/ - it claims to convert from any app that supports the printer function. PDF converters that do not include bookmarks in the conversion process have no appeal to me. I don't know about this one though, since I haven't given a trial install to it yet.

Thanks for adding that for those that rely on pdfs. I have foxit but I maybe opened 4 pdf's in my life anyway
