HTML5 tag, External CSS, or ECMAScript 6 Classes

Vaguely wonder if one of these server-side to browser-rendering technologies is causing non-rendering problems sometimes, to work at some sites and not others that use the same technology.
ups.com
and vk.com (haven't tried vk.com):

Viewport meta tag--HTML5 tag usually used for mobile optimization.
External CSS Styles--defined within an external CSS file.

There's mention that ES6-classes cause the VK.com problem here. ES6 Classes=ECMAScript 6 Classes.
ECMAScript 6 Classes aren't supported by:
KM76.2 (20191005)
KM76 (20171215)
KM76RC

Supported by:
NM28.7

Newer versions of KM no longer being compatable with widely used websites is a reason I've stopped using KM as a primary browser.

I think different, KMGoanna is my primary browser... for certain useful things:
- a must have browser for websites with flash player, shockwave, silverlight and java plugins.
Obviously other browsers are also my primary ones for other certain things.
KMeleon is now more alive than ever, however more marketing work is needed.
