will be fixed in next build, but for the time being you can create a boolean pref in about:config named "media.mp4.enabled" (without quotes) and value "true" to unbreak youtube/vimeo/etc.

Always fun to play in about:config. Audio books on YouTube are working again. Video is a bridge too far on my non sse2 xpgaming box.
Thanks for keeping old hardware out of the land fill.

Since I haven't got the go ahead to give out the stream URL, I'll try and describe how it is configured.
On going to the URL, it loads a page, via XHR, which links to a json manifest, which contains the URL of the m3u8 stream.
I hope this info is enough to help make the viewing of videos work on more websites with Kmeleon.

You can provide any URL..., as long as it complies with laws, ethics, isn't nothing against your own privacy, etc, etc, etc, as then I'll have to edit it just to be safe (some people even post porn sites urls, without any issue, so the range of freedom is wide...).

If you still find some warning from the forum and doesn't allow you to post, it is a measure against common posting practices by spammers and that the forum found your message as spamming technique.

Usually, that shouldn't happen with regular users.

About silent crashes:

A remarkable stability in this regard. KM doesn't crashes now often, but I experienced 2 silent crashes in approximately 4 hour and 1 hour sessions of browsing, YouTube-ing, emailing etc. This may be due to some other reasons I need to check BUT KMG is remarkably and comparatively stable now.

Whenever I face such a situation, I mean a blank page that can be loaded in Firefox 52, I block 1 or 2 java scripts with Adblockplus (not inline js of course) and/or if the js scripts from 3rd party I also use ExeException and/or HOSTS file. I 99% of cases the page loads well. This also needs some seek-n-try technique and time.

There are some other sites that cannot be loaded even with Firefox 52 esr and a few with MyPal (XP), these are rare, for these I use Windows7 64bit and other browsers.

The point is, if you like, try blocking 1 or more *.js and see.

Wow, you really got caught with a very hard one to match there.

It is a very hard to match anti-spam measure, so I'm not going to remove it. Only have matched by spammers earlier. And even if spam is quite under control nowadays... I prefer to leave that as is.
