I need to further state the following:
Actually ExExceptions extension can add sites in permission.sqlite BUT after adding, it cannot remove or change that site. For example. I added a site "abcxyz.com". The ExExceptions added it OK. But then I eralized it was a mistake and now I want to remove abcxyz.com and here it is; the site once added CANNOT be removed. OK then I tried to change it lets say JScript from DENY to ALLOW, apparently it worked as far as the GUI shows, but it was not removed/changed/edited.

What I want to say: ExExceptions extesion CAN ADD a site to permission.sqlite, so it means that it has the correct API? if it can add then it should be able to remove/edit it too?

Since version KM76.4.7-Goanna-20230304 Boolean "webgl.force-enabled > true" doesn't work anymore. I also tried fresh profiles. Older graphics drivers used. XP: Nvidia 163.71 ME: Nvidia 82.16

Does it mean that neither the updated version nor the previous version can work with KM Goanna?
The extension "Policy Manager" for KM stopped working on KM Goanna long ago but it didn't bother me because of the extension "ExException" that do the same job in a more efficient and convenient way. Now it also appeared to be gone?
I have Firefox 52 esr installed on XP and the latest/updated version of ExException works on it BUT as you said it adds the sites with trailing https:// and there are some issues blocking sub-domains with this syntax. Also KM Goanna does not work with the updated ExException, just shows a blank GUI.
Some time ago, I cant recall it, KM Goanna was working fine. This version also works fine on KM 75.1 and KM 76.
Also as I said in the previous post, KM Goanna can ADD the sites via this extension in permission.sqlite file BUT after adding it , it cannot remove OR edit the same site.
I mean if it can add a site, then it should be able to edit it ? That's the issue.

scroll down to the second video, the second video is not available on this server so it displays a message to go to YouTube instead, on my system this link shows this:

I checked it 4 times; always crashed.
