Using KM76.2-Goanna-20200321.7z on win8 and 10

When I first open to an empty page the Alt+F combination works as expected (OnKeyDown)

Thereafter I have to press Alt... wait for the first menu to highlight... then press F - this is unatural and frustrating.

It is the same for all top level menu accelerators.

Any ideas about how to reinstate normal behaviour?

Can't test modern KM versions, but when I hit both keys simultaneously (and F a little bit earlier) in old KM, the find-in-page function kicks in. Since you say it works as intended on an empty page, that could possibly be related, but not sure. Just test yourself, by disabling the options in Edit > Page Search?

No problem here with latest KM Goanna, however Alt+F4 works like Ctrl+Alt+F4 (both close entire Kmeleon).
Alt key function works OK for me to navigate the menu, and mostly everything else works with Ctrl+. :s
