Does this affect any build of K-Meleon?

Read about it here

Chrismt,

Others who know more will jump in here, but unless Secunia says it affects SeaMonkey, we're probably safe in KM 1.5.3 as code there is from Seamonkey's Gecko 1.8.xx engine. Experimental builds have been built here using SeaMonkey, Thunderbird and FireFox, so questions about those would have to be asked elsewhere.

The site you linked to says
"Solution
Do not visit untrusted websites or follow untrusted links."

Until patched, I would think it should not be used to surf the Internet at all.
