how to choose disk cache?

In Mozilla, you can choose the folder/drive where you want your disck cache to reside
as follows. Can you do the same in K-Melleon and if so, would you put the line in ALL.JS?

user_pref("browser.cache.disk.parent_directory", "Z:");

But why not do it through edit -> preferences -> cache?
