[theme] mezich

I built a theme to customize K-Meleon to my taste.
I stopped working on it as I added all I need (some buttons are missing but I don't plan to add them).

All gfx are made by mezich (http://mezich.livejournal.com/), I have adapted some of them.

Your theme is good, but include two identicals files not needed:
main.ico => Is rigth, needed.
main.ico.bmp => Not needed, you can delete it.
