Is there a place where I can find a Gecko 1.8.1.16 SDK so I don't have to build mozilla to compile kmeleon?

should contain the includes and libs You want/need - (1.8.1.16 is not available for download) & AFAIK it does not matter which 1.8.1 SDK You use.

or maybe is it the wrong version

when compiling with visual 2005 I also get an error on xpcomglue_s.lib and xpcomglue.lib linker says that those libraries were build with an older version and should be recompiled?
