I found this speeddial in a Chinese forum adapted from some plugin or extension by

HaoJiang, It's fast and good on my official km 1.16, though not as perfect as opera's.

Just unzip and place the speeddail folder under main directory,set your mainpage as

speeddial.html or drag it into your blank window, and then you can edit your

favarite pages.Screenshots will be displayed after about half an hour.

actually it was something else, i had content manipulation disabled for java. unclicked it and everything worked fine

i knew it was something with my settings- i ended up pointing it to the same speed dial i had for a ccff install that worked without problems, which still wouldnt show the images, so it was just a matter of figuring out what was set wrong

thanks for this! works well and is a good gui replacement for hotlinks (who can remember 10 hotlinks anyway)

jesse, thank you for mentioning "manipulation disabled for java." I had been having much the same kind if problem with 1.5.2. You made my day. Appearantly I need to do some more homework regarding javascript. I tried to check out manipulation at http://java.sun.com and some other sites but AFAIK they could be speaking Martian.:s Perhaps someone here can explain it to me in layman terms.
