Yes, the Wiki page is not updated.
The original version would AFAIK not work with current K-Meleons.
A finished Privacy Plugin is by default included in every K-Meleon download.
The Privacy Plugin's source is archived in the K-Meleon CVS.
The most active K-Meleon plugins sites are found via this link & newly created K-Meleon Extensions and plugins are in this Forum.
