Am just reading slightly shocked (although not surprised) that MS has taken some more drastic steps in robbing as much freedom as possible from their users (if google can, so can they!)
So there is this new browser in Windows10, called "Edge
" (what a unique name to google for anything around it *rolleyes*).
It still stores "Favorites", but since last November not as single files anymore, but well hidden in 1 single cryptic database file:
How does that now affect the Favorites in K-Meleon?
Would expect that sharing doesn't work anymore, let alone import/export from Edge...?
But am hoping that this doesn't keep KM from handling it's own Favorites 'old style' as usual, with the kplugin?? Then again, am afraid it uses some of those old native IE commands, which may be gone now too... or not?
Just wondering. Will use Win8+ only over my dead body or if forced on the job of course
