Here goes the new Pro-version of History XUL (will be implemented in the next Pro-release soon):

1) Always maximized behaving like a standard tab not sizeable window;
2) containing date-time fix from this thread (thanks to JohnHell and adodupan);
3) Labels of columns are localizable now

Note 4 translators
You should add 2 lines in locales\xx\xx.jar\history\history.dtd:

<!ENTITY website.column.label		"Website"*>
<!ENTITY date.column.label		"Date/Time"*>

* - translated to your lang

P.S. I think this may be opted in KM-Goanna official (as an option?) unless someone of us have any objection
