Made some small improvements in kmprefs and Console2

Option to hide TitleBar added

Pref involved: kmeleon.display.hideTitleBar

1. Fixed minor deficiency in default locale, adding code:

<!ENTITY ctx.res.accesskey   "R">

2. String 'Console2 for K-Meleon' was changed from hard-coded to localizable entity.

Regarding the error console, just noticed that line was mainly added to show its version, because in KM1.6+1.7 it reads: "Console2 0.6.1 for K-Meleon 1.6". Without any versions it's a bit useless, but anyway:

GERMAN: "Console2 .... für K-Meleon ..."

Just curious, what does Resources deal with?

Yes, it is, I added this string in KM 1.6 beta because I updated Console2 and nedded changes some thing to works fine in K-Meleon. I needed know what Console2 version were using in development time.

Similar string with version were added in Preference panel.

es-ES translations:

To hide Title Bar="Ocultar la barra de título"
To version string="Console2 .... para K-Meleon ..."
(But I think that this is a version string that not need to be translation)

"Resources" is already added in Console2 es-ES translations since KM 74 versions.
