Is there a main-switch for permissions.sqlite? Or can it be created?

Anyone know a toggle for domain exceptions, stored in permissions.sqlite??
The whole file off/on at once.
If not, it should absolutely be created for KM.

Have a ton of blacklist/whilelist/site-only domains stored, and now when a website doesn't load right, never know if the culprit is the site itself or perhaps just something I blocked. Stupid prob that today's "modern" websites don't only load their own domains, but tons of stuff from a variety of other domains too, ads and trackers and service scripts and whatnot, and all is mixed into one big chaos sad smiley

Could really use a live toggle, like for adblock.css (Tools>Privacy>Block Ads)
Perhaps there is one already?
Perhaps even switchable by a simple pref, suitable for macros??

-----------------------
Thinking about the adblock.css switch, please not quite as this one:
A huge prob (bug?) with that toggle, since KM1.6, is that it immediately starts messing with ALL open tabs, reloading or refreshing not only the current one but ALL, 30 tabs... 80 tabs...., loading tons of unwelcome stuff for the whole session... and in snail speed... Drives me crazy, and no chance to interrupt! And even when remembering to toggle offline first, the whole session still tries to load and refresh everything for quite some time, perhaps half the time as online. Hate that, but no idea how to fix or work around it sad smiley

Usually just want to disable adblock.css (or permissions.sqlite) for a quick check on the current page. A toggle should do nothing until next page refresh, just like other priv-toggles (for images etc). In older versions it worked right. No idea about newer KM-versions.

Not the answer you hoped for but what if you use the sledgehammer during a short test? I mean you rename permissions.sqlite to make sure that your exceptions don't interfere with the respective page.

Not possible. Permission denied, because file in use.

Of course, you'd have to close and then restart K-Meleon therefore.

Hehe, sure, but that's the whole point for this topic: it should be possible to toggle it inside sessions on and off smiling smiley Quickly and easily, affecting only future page loads, without the hassle of the browser possibly refreshing fifty open tabs instantly, as adblock.css does.
